The challenge
Pet owners were juggling separate places to buy supplies, keep track of their pet’s health and reach a vet. The previous web experience converted poorly at checkout, and none of it worked well on a phone.
What we built
A native app for iOS and Android that puts the whole routine in one place: a pet supplies shop with catalogue, search, cart and checkout; order history and tracking; a pet profile holding health records; online video consultations with a veterinarian; appointment booking; a map of partner clinics and services; and other services such as grooming, boarding and walking. Support chat and push notifications run through the app, and onboarding introduces each section to a new user.
Outcome
The app holds a 4.8-star App Store rating and delivers 34% higher checkout conversion than the web experience it replaced.
